Based on the implementation methods listed below,
McClellan, Dynda & Associates, LLC is unique from other Quality System Consultants.

When we establish
a contract with a client to implement a quality management system, the client
may terminate the contract at any time with no penalty;

McClellan, Dynda &
Associates assumes the majority of up-front responsibility for documenting our
customers existing quality management system;
-
We provide
customized Level I and II Documentation that reflects our clients
operations. Each Client’s Quality
System Manual and Quality System Procedures are generated and drafted by
McClellan, Dynda & Associates through on-site interviews, auditing techniques,
and operations reviews;

Responsible
Managers receive draft documentation in their ‘own’ language to assure that
the requirements stated can be implemented. During this review process, the
knowledge and skills necessary to maintain the system are transferred to the
client;

As the
implementation process proceeds, the degree of implementation responsibility
is transferred from McClellan, Dynda & Associates to the Client’s Management Team
to ensure proper ownership of the system.
It is our goal to take clients through the registration process and to
provide the knowledge, skills, and ability for the client to successfully
maintain their system without any additional assistance after registration. It is not our policy to establish
retainers.
We do however offer additional training and support services, as
requested by our customers.
